Maruti Suzuki Nepal has officially launched the new-generation Celerio in Nepal. CG Motocorp, the sole authorized distributor for Suzuki cars in Nepal has confirmed the launch of the new Celerio in Nepal. The new Celerio is available in three variants including Vxi, Zxi, and Zxi+. Maruti Suzuki claims that the new Celerio has the highest fuel efficiency figure including 26.68kpl in the VXi variant and 26kpl in the ZXi and ZXi variant. 

The new-gen Celerio is powered by the new K10C DualJet 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol engine that generates 66 bhp and 89 Nm of peak torque. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT gearbox. Celerio comes with a new swept-back headlamp, an aggressive front bumper with black cladding, new fog lamps, integrated turn signal lights, droplet-styled taillights, flared wheel arches, and new 15-inch Urbane black alloy wheels. The car also includes a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and dual front airbags.

The new Celerio comes in six color options including Arctic White, Silky Silver, Glistening Grey, Solid Fire Red, Speedy Blue, and Caffeine Brown. The new Maruti Suzuki Celerio rivals the likes of the Hyundai Santro, Tata Tiago, and Datsun Go in Nepal.
