Yamaha Motors has officially unleashed its latest marvel on the Nepalese two-wheeler market – the Yamaha FZ FI V3 BS6. MAW Enterprises, the authorized distributor of Yamaha motorcycles and scooters in Nepal, has officially launched the latest BS6 version of the FZ FI V3 in Nepal. The Yamaha FZ FI V3 BS6 price in Nepal is NRs. 3.79 Lakhs. In the FZ lineup, there are two variants: the FZ and the FZS. Both share the same mechanical components, but the FZ variant offers a slightly reduced set of features compared to the FZS. With its eco-friendly BS6 engine, striking design, and advanced features, it's the perfect combination of style and substance for today's riders.
One of the most significant upgrades in the Yamaha FZ FI V3 BS6 is its engine. This beast is now powered by a BS6-compliant 149cc, single-cylinder, SOHC, fuel-injected engine that can generate a max power of 12.4 PS at 7250rpm and a max torque of 13.3 Nm at 5500rpm. This engine is mated with a 5-speed gearbox. The fuel injection system's ignition timing and injection are fully overhauled compared to the previous model. It is equipped with a standard dual-disc braking system; however, it's worth noting that it does not feature single-channel ABS. The bike's suspension system is managed by a Telescopic Fork in the front and a Monocross unit with 7-step adjustability in the rear.
Yamaha has equipped the FZ FI V3 BS6 with a host of advanced features to enhance your riding experience. In terms of features, it is equipped with an LED headlamp with Halogen indicators at the side, a Halogen Tail Lamp and a Large Grab Rail. It also boasts the defining characteristics of a high-end naked sportbike, such as a generously contoured fuel tank. The bike features a fully digital LCD instrument cluster that provides all the essential information at a glance, including speed, RPM, fuel level, and more. The motorcycle features a substantial 12.8-litre fuel tank, delivering an exceptional fuel economy ranging from 40 to 50 kilometres per litre. As previously stated, the sole available variant of the Yamaha FZ V3 is priced at NPR 3,79,900 in Nepal.
