The rumours regarding the Royal Enfield company to have been designing its new variant is the talk of the town lately. Initially, Royal Enfield enthusiasts thought that this two-wheeler would be inspired by classic 500 but on having the first glance, it was revealed that the bike is based on bullet 350 and bullet 500. After gaining the immense popularity for its 650cc Twins variants, the company seems to be all set for launching the all-new scrambler in Nepal, which was first seen at a dealership in the year 2018. The bike is expected to be brought in the Nepalese automobile market in the first half of 2020.

To be named as the Royal Enfield Bullet Trials 500 and 350, this motorbike would complement the Bullet variants and will feature knobby tires, upright handlebars, single seat, unswept exhaust, and etc. The company has replaced the pillion seat at its rear end with luggage rack, which adds to it comfort quotient. The Bullet 350 trails get a red-coloured finish on its body while the other variant will flaunt a green-tinted silhouette. The black bezel for its headlamp as well as fort gaiters for its front suspension system enhances its aesthetic.

Recently, the engine and transmission system of the bike is not yet confirmed. However, it is rumored to be launched in two variants featuring the identical ‘under the hood’ features to the classic 500 and classic 350. The front suspension system of Royal Enfield Scrambler is inspired by Bullet Electra and has got rubber fork covers whereas its handlebar was spotted to be upright. The company has not yet disclosed the mileage information yet.

Royal Enfield Scrambler might come in two variants amongst which, the single cylinder 346cc variant will produce the maximum power of 19.8 BHP at the range of 5,250 RPM. The engine delivers the peak torque output of 28 Nm when it crosses 4000 RPM. The Classic 350 scrambler, which has the fuel tank capacity up to 13.50 Liter, is mated to a 5-speed transmission gearbox. Another single-cylinder variant, having the displacement capacity of 499cc, will feature 27.2 BHP power at the range of 5250 RPM and deliver the torque output of 41.3 Nm at 4000 RPM.

The company has integrated the bike with a bit hefty off-road oriented tires. It is expected to come equipped with the disc brakes at its front and rear ends. The company will integrate the dual-channel ABS system for better handling. Jawa, Bajaj Dominar 400, and Thunderbird 350X are the major rivals to Royal Enfield Scrambler. The motorbike which was currently observed being tested to meet the ARAI standards will soon be launched in Nepal with some exciting features.
