Royal Enfield has officially launched its most accessible model, the Hunter 350. The motorcycle manufacturer Royal Enfield is all set to launch its new motorbike the Hunter 350 in Nepal. Bookings for the Hunter 350 are set to open in the coming days while the deliveries will commence soon. The Hunter 350 is set to become the most affordable Royal Enfield bike in Nepal. Royal Enfield Hunter 350 is a retro classic motorcycle that will be the third bike from Royal Enfield that shares the J-platform engine. The Hunter 350 is offered in two variants, Retro (base variant) and Metro (top variant).

The Hunter 350 will be powered by the same J-series 349 cc engine as the Classic 350 and the Meteor 350. Hunter 350 is powered by a 349cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine that develops a maximum power of 20.2 bhp at 6,100 rpm and 27 Nm torque at 4,000 rpm. This engine is mated to a five-speed gearbox. It is also a full 14 kgs lighter than the Classic. The Metro variant gets dual-channel ABS as opposed to single-channel on the Retro variant, as the Retro gets drum brakes at the rear. The bike comes with a telescopic fork along with a dual shock absorber.

Royal Enfield has equipped the Hunter 350 with the semi-digital instrument console - circular speedometer with a mix of analog and digital display, tripper navigation pod, a single-piece seat, a teardrop-shaped fuel tank, a round shape for the headlamp, and a tail lamp. It comes equipped with dual-channel ABS as standard. It also gets the 17-inch spoke or alloy wheels that are wrapped in tubeless or tube tires depending on the variant. It also features easy-to-reach handlebars and a slightly rear-biased footpeg.

The price of Royal Enfield Hunter 350 in Nepal is expected to be around NRs. 5 - 6 lakhs. Hunter Metro is available in six color options – Rebel Black, Rebel Red, Rebel Blue, Dapper Ash, Dapper White, and Dapper Grey while the Retro is available in Factory Silver and Factory Black shades. It will compete against the likes of Honda CB350RS, Honda H'ness CB350, the upcoming Triumph-Bajaj motorcycle, and the already existing Jawa Forty Two.
