Get Ready! The Ducati Xdiavel is coming to Nepal!! Ducati’s xDiavel power cruiser is all set to be launched in Nepal in September. Like other Ducati models, the xDiavel will also be brought in as a CBU. We can expect the official announcements and deliveries to commence within the next 2 months. It is going to rival the likes of Harley-Davidson Breakout and Triumph Thunderbird Storm.
The higher-spec model includes some additional features than the standard model. These features include alloy wheels, infotainment system, Bluetooth connectivity, a different seat and the gloss black paint as a color variant. The xDiavel has been designed around a new chassis and has a tubular steel platform with a single-sided swing arm at the back. The xDiavel also has features like riding modes, traction control, launch control, and ABS.
The xDiavel will be powered by a 1,262cc, liquid-cooled, L-Twin, Testastretta gasoline motor which is able to produce 156 HP of power and 128.9 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox moving the rear wheel via a belt drive. Ducati is going to offer its new build XDiavel with a 2 year/unlimited kilometres warranty.
The teaser image does not reveal any details of the upcoming product as the motorcycle featured in the banner is hidden under a bike cover with a Ducati logo. In a recent update, we witnessed a production-ready version of the Streetfighter V4 Prototype with a few camouflage tapes that concealed the design details of the bike. On digging deep into the design profile we realised that the fuel tank under the wrap didn’t match up with that of the Streetfighter.
Another speculation claims that the bike in the teaser image, that has managed to capture everyone’s interest, could be the 2020 Ducati Multistrada V4. Sources have claimed that the company has been developing a flagship Multistrada model that will be equipped with a 1103cc V4 Stradale engine that made its debut on the Panigale V4 superbike.
As per one of the recent updates, the spy pictures of a test mule has been spotted in Italy that is believed to be the much-awaited 2020 Multistrada. The V4 engine is capable to generate a maximum power of 214HP and offers a peak torque of 124Nm. The engine is expected to be tuned to suit the characteristics of the next-gen adventure tourer. Apart from all these speculations, it is also being said that the upcoming bike is the 2020 model of the xDiavel cruiser motorcycle.
